Release Of The Week

Our friend DRN, who posts exclusively here his radio show “World In Beats”, has finally released his promised compilation. Absolutely astonishing piece, well chosen tracks and great mixing, just the perfect way to bring you into the summer mood, make you imagine yourself on the beach watching the sunset (or sunrise, it depens where you live, here we watch the sunrise ). I cannot wait to burn these 2 CDs and put them in my car so I can imaigne myself on the way to the seaside. I hope you enjoy it!

They say that every summer is different and every season has it’s own, unique and unforgivable feeling…
Inspired by the sensational beauty of the summer season, DRN has created a sparkling double-disc compilation, designed to turn into the soundtrack of your summer and provide you the ultimate feeling of fulfillment and optimism, a source of positive inspiration, spiritual escape and well-balanced way of life.

CD1 – Thrill. The First CD of DRN’s Journey Into Sunshine, suggestively named “Thrill”, is willing to express the shivering emotions the summer season captures in a smooth, musical way; the ambience and the beauty of the sunny days at the beach, along the overwhelming rhythm of waves, guitars and seagull songs. The feeling of peace, love and intensively passionate moments is revealed in a beautiful, timeless mixture of deep and trancy sounds, exploring a different dimension of ambiental, enigmatic but – at the same time – energic beats, a seamless trip through the best of tech, vocal and a glance of uplifting trance, astonishingly mixed with emotional and groovy dimensions.
CD One is definitely a moody and nostalgic one, the perfect daytime music, that kind of set that not only shares a sunny flair, but it can also conquer your mind and your soul in an amazing way and send you into a voyage to a relaxing world of joy and infinite sunsets…

CD 2 – Atmosphere. If the first CD is mixed for the ultimate beach feeling, the second disc, called “Atmosphere”, is definitely inspired by the most crazy and energetic parties, the summer-club atmosphere and the party people clapping their hands, whistling and dancing. Just imagine… sunsets, sea-side, beautiful women, soft-drinks and fabulous music.
This second mixed-CD is much more dancy than the first one, still groovy and soft, but featuring some of the best club-tunes of the year and reworks, an energic view of the sea-sides, something like a live club performance that sets the standard for the parties. The passion, the enthusiasm and the aerial atmosphere that surround the massive party crowd every year is expressed in a sensational way by this second disc, which is frankly a collection of hits and dance beats, a new horizon in dance music, still soulfully, but – yet again – clubish that will keep you dancing and create that positive mood, an universe of positive beats.

Spreading his genuine style, culture and enthusiasm in this album and going back to basics in his mixing techniques, DRN has managed to offer you one of the most inspired and well-balanced summer-compilations, an ecstatic and harmonic dimension and harmony between relax and adventure, mixed together in about 160 minutes of perfection…
